At Freshever, we are on a mission to make farm-fresh produce easier, more affordable, and more purposeful every single week — delivered right to your door across the GTA. Because we deal exclusively with perishable goods, our policy is straightforward.
The No-Return Policy
To keep our carbon footprint small and our food waste lower, we do not accept physical returns. Once your box has been delivered, it's yours! If there is an item you can't use, we encourage you to compost it.
Our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our produce, sourced directly from Canadian local farmers and distributors in Ontario. That said, we know that sometimes things can go sideways during transit. We stand behind everything we package and ship.
If anything isn't right or feels a little subpar, we want to hear about it. Whether an item arrived damaged or the quality didn't meet our standards, we'll take care of it.
How to Request a Refund
If you are unhappy with your delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours of your successful delivery. Our support team is available 7 days a week, 9 AM to 9 PM.

- What to include: Please include your order number and a photo of the items in question so we can share the feedback with our team.
- Missed Deliveries: Your delivery day is based on your postal code — Wednesday for Toronto Core and North York, Thursday for Scarborough, Pickering, and Friday for Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke and Vaughan. If your box has not arrived by 8:30 PM on your scheduled day, please contact us within 24 hours.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
Our Promise: We're here to ensure your experience is nothing short of great. If we missed the mark, we'll make it right through a credit or a refund to your original payment method.
