Can I change my delivery day?
Unfortunately not yet. We batch suburb delivery days together to minimize carbon emissions and keep costs low. We plan on offering a 2nd delivery day soon.
Which areas do you cover and what days do you service them?
We proudly serve multiple regions across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) with a convenient weekly schedule:
1. Wednesday:
- Downtown Toronto
- North York
2. Thursday:
- Scarborough
- Pickering
3. Friday:
- Brampton
- Etobicoke
- Vaughan
- Mississauga
Is there a delivery free?
We have flat delivery fee of 2.99 CAD.
Do you deliver to condos & apartments?
1. If you are able to remotely buzz the driver in, that’s the easiest solution if you’re not home at the time of delivery (we will leave the bin at your door).
2. If you have a concierge or building security, we can leave the bin with them or contact them to let us in.
3. If you have a willing landlord or neighbour on the premise, we can leave the bin with them or contact them to let us in.
4. We can leave the bin in a common area like the lobby or mail room, if it’s accessible.
5. If our standard solutions don’t meet your specific needs, please reach out via phone or email. We pride ourselves on our adaptability and are committed to finding a custom solution for your business.
I'm not home during delivery. Can I choose a time?
While we can’t take specific time requests, we guarantee your box arrives before 8:30 PM. Busy day? No problem. We provide our subscribers insulated bags. Our stay-fresh packaging acts like a mini-fridge, keeping your groceries crisp for up to 12 hours on your porch. Grab it when you’re ready!
No problem at all! Since many of our customers aren’t home during the day, we’ll leave your package at your front door. If you’d prefer it tucked away or left at a back entrance, just leave us a note in the ‘Special Instructions’ box when you orde
