Can I change my delivery day?

Unfortunately not yet. We batch suburb delivery days together to minimise carbon emissions and keep costs low. We plan on offering a 2nd delivery day soon.

I'm not home during delivery. Can I choose a time?

While we can’t take specific time requests, we guarantee your box arrives before 8:30 PM. Busy day? No problem. We provide our subscribers insulated bags. Our stay-fresh packaging acts like a mini-fridge, keeping your groceries crisp for up to 12 hours on your porch. Grab it when you’re ready!

Is Freshever packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. We offer two types of sustainable packaging based on your order type:

• Reusable Bags (Subscribers): Frequent customers receive insulated bags that are collected and reused in a closed-loop system.

• Recyclable Cardboard (One-time): Single purchases are shipped in eco-friendly, biodegradable cardboard boxes.This approach reduces waste and ensures your food stays fresh without harming the planet.

How do I know what’s in my weekly delivery?

You can find our updated weekly menu every Sunday at 2:00 p.m. EST on our official website and social media channels.

• Shipping Window: The Sunday menu applies to deliveries arriving Wednesday through Friday.

• Deadline Policy: Orders placed after the weekly deadline are fulfilled using the next week’s menu selections.

Is there a commitment or cancellation fee?
