Sign up before our Tuesday 11:55 PM Eastern Time deadline to receive your order the same week. Delivery hours are typically between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM local time. We batch routes by neighbourhood to reduce emissions, so we cannot guarantee a specific time slot, but we send an estimated window on delivery day.

How does Freshever billing work?

Freshever is a subscription program. You are automatically billed on the credit card used at checkout for the frequency you select: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Billing happens every Tuesday at 11:59 PM Eastern Time before your next delivery. You can skip, pause, or cancel anytime before that cutoff by logging into your account and clicking Manage Subscription.
