Freshever delivers fresh Ontario produce boxes across the Greater Toronto Area every week — including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Pickering, and Ajax. To receive your order within the current week, sign up before our weekly order deadline: Tuesday at 11:55 PM Eastern Time (8:55 PM Pacific Time). Orders placed after the deadline will be scheduled for the following week's delivery.

Delivery hours are typically between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM local time. Because we optimize delivery routes by neighbourhood to reduce carbon emissions and our environmental footprint, we're unable to guarantee a specific time slot. On the day of your delivery, our team will send you the most accurate estimated window — just make sure your phone number is saved in your account.

Our driver will ring your doorbell or knock upon arrival. Prefer a contactless drop-off? Just let us know and we'll make a note for your deliveries.

The Freshever program is a subscription program. This means that you will be automatically billed on the credit card you use at checkout for the frequency you select. You can choose from a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule. You will be billed on the every Tuesday at 11.59 PM before your next delivery. If you're looking to skip, pause, or cancel your order - be sure to do so before Tuesday at 11:59pm the week before your next delivery. You can manage your subscription by visiting the Subscription Portal by logging into your account and clicking on the 'Manage Subscription' button at the top of your screen.

While we can’t take specific time requests, we guarantee your box arrives before 8:30 PM. Busy day? No problem. We provide our subscribers insulated bags. Our stay-fresh packaging acts like a mini-fridge, keeping your groceries crisp for up to 12 hours on your porch. Grab it when you’re ready!
